The project will see the addition of a brand-new Clubrooms lounge, adjacent to the No1 Lounge in the space, and the rebranding of the existing Club Aspire into a vibrant My Lounge space. With work already underway, this ambitious redevelopment is designed to offer Heathrow’s diverse passengers unparalleled choice and experiences, all while maximising the potential of this prime location. Completion is expected in phases, with the first handover in Spring 2025.

Adjacent to the No1 Lounge, a new Clubrooms lounge will be built, transforming previously unused space into an additional lounge area. This expansion will allow more passengers to enjoy lounge access at Terminal 3 than ever before. Clubrooms offers an exclusive and refined pre-flight experience. A key highlight of the new Clubrooms space will be the creation of an 'orangery'—a light, bright, and airy space featuring abundant greenery, offering a calming, nature-inspired environment for guests to relax before their flights. Designed with the discerning traveller in mind, Clubrooms will feature luxurious touches that elevate the journey, including personalised hosting, premium à la carte dining, and a selection of handcrafted beverages. With its iconic design, the lounge will embody British-inspired elegance, blending classic sophistication with a sense of effortless indulgence. Clubrooms offers more than just a place to wait before a flight—it’s an experience, one that embodies an exclusive lifestyle. The lounge will create a sense of intimacy, where guests can relax in comfort and privacy. Tailored personal service will ensure that each guest feels truly valued, offering a bespoke level of care and attention that aligns perfectly with Clubrooms’ ethos of making each visit feel personal and special. Clubrooms will cover 4,200sqft, adding 116 lounge seats to Terminal 3. This expansion will enable even more passengers travelling through Heathrow Terminal 3 to enjoy airport lounges.

The existing Club Aspire lounge will be rebranded and transformed into a vibrant My Lounge, bringing a relaxed and playful atmosphere to the space. This reimagined lounge will cater to the growing demand for flexible, informal lounging, offering a fun, laid-back vibe in a Scandinavian-inspired loft style setting. The atmosphere will be lively and energetic, with a focus on creating a space where guests can enjoy themselves, whether they’re recharging after a busy day or simply looking for a relaxed space to pass the time before take-off.
