This achievement, in partnership with Chase, underscores our dedication to providing elevated experiences, as recognized by an independent panel of industry experts.

At the 20th annual Airport Experience News conference, ourselves and partners Chase were awarded Best Lounge Experience 2024, for our Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Boston Logan International Airport. With a panel of over 20 esteemed industry executives casting their votes, we are elated for our lounge to be awarded in less than one year of operating.

Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Hong Kong International Airport was awarded the Asia Pacific Lounge of The Year in the Priority Pass Excellence Awards 2024. These awards celebrate the outstanding airport lounges and experiences within the Priority Pass network, based on nearly 380,000 member ratings. With our partner Chase, we could not be prouder of the teams' efforts.

For the 3rd year running, our Club Aspire lounge at London Heathrow, Terminal 3 clinched the prestigious title of Europe’s Leading Airport Lounge 2024, at the World Travel Awards, a highly esteemed recognition in the travel and tourism industry. We're delighted that four of our sleep 'n fly sleep lounges have been honoured with a Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice Award 2024. Travelers' Choice Awards recognise businesses that consistently earn great reviews, placing winners among the top 10% of listings on Tripadvisor.
