Airport Dimensions brings Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club to Boston Logan International Airport
Airport Dimensions, the global leader in airport lounges and travel experiences, has partnered with JPMorgan Chase & Co. to bring their first domestic Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club to Boston Logan International Airport. This new space follows the partnership’s opening in Hong Kong in 2022.
This latest move comes as Airport Dimensions drives significant growth of its business across the globe, is now operating in 50 locations at many of the world’s most prestigious airports. From gaming spaces to sleep options, it is now leading the field when it comes to providing personalized environments and experiences.
This bespoke creation of Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club will astound guests and offer a space that honours a localised and meaningful part of their journey. The 11,640 square foot lounge provides dedicated areas for recharging, including two wellness rooms that feature anti-gravity massage chairs and guided meditations from Master Well-Being Educator & Healer, Devi Brown, two dual-head shower rooms, and all-gender restrooms stocked with Apotheke products. The beautifully designed space celebrates the best of Bostonian culture, and features artwork from Boston-based artist, Silvia López Chavez, while offering amazing views of the iconic Boston Harbor and the Boston Logan airfield. Meanwhile the dining experience includes menu items from acclaimed Boston chef, Douglass Williams (of Boston’s MIDA and APIZZA), a signature taproom offering local craft beer, and coffee from Beverly, Massachusetts Atomic Coffee Roasters. A focal point is the centrepiece bar, which serves wine and cocktails, as well as made-to-order and ready-to-eat food options.
“My entire career has been spent in the travel industry, I have visited many airport lounges, but this experience is like no other,” said Nancy Knipp, President Americas at Airport Dimensions. “From the moment I stepped off the elevator, I realised we are setting a new trend in airport lounge hospitality. Guests are greeted by an attentive team that actively connects and engages, enhancing their journey. Hats off to the Airport Dimensions and JPMorgan Chase & Co. teams who successfully aligned together to bring Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club to life! It is gratifying to introduce this industry leading, innovative lounge to the US market.”
Ed Freni, Aviation Director at MASSPORT said: “We are excited to partner with Chase and Airport Dimensions to celebrate the opening of the Sapphire Lounge by The Club at Logan Airport. Spaces like this one will enhance the travel experience for all passengers including the thousands of visitors that come to New England to enjoy everything the region has to offer.”
“Chase Sapphire is leading the charge when it comes to creating one-of-a-kind opportunities for its travellers and our new lounge in Boston paves the way for Sapphire’s benefits to enhance our cardmembers’ airport experience,” said Dana Pouwels, Managing Director, Sapphire Lounge General Manager and Head of Chase Sapphire Partnerships. “Sapphire Reserve cardmembers are travellers by nature, so we’re upgrading their travel journey with elevated airport lounges that unlock new dining, wellness and cultural experiences.”
The lounge will be available to Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers that are enrolled as members of Priority Pass, the original and market leading airport experiences program. Priority Pass Members without a Sapphire Reserve card can use their membership entitlements, both inclusive and Pay As You Go, for one visit per calendar year, in addition to future visits for both members and guests being at a preferential, discounted rate. Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers will also continue to enjoy Priority Pass Select membership, providing them with access to a global network of 1300 airport lounges and travel experiences.
Airport Dimensions looks forward to more Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club experiences with lounges coming to Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport, New York’s LaGuardia Airport, Philadelphia International Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and San Diego International Airport.
